Software License & Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Virtual Church (VChurch) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this system's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VChurch grants your denomination/parish a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal church management purposes.

3. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. VChurch operates on the principle that your parish data belongs to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your members' personal information to third parties. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Impersonates or attempts to impersonate VChurch, a VChurch employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engages in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Platform, and any service or material we provide via the Platform, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period.
